This Agreement is entered into between Kit & Pack (“Company”) and the customer (“Renter”). By signing, Renter agrees to all terms herein.
Standard rental is seven (7) calendar days from delivery. Renter agrees to have all items ready for pickup on the return date.
Renter authorizes a temporary hold on their payment method equal to the kit’s deposit. This is NOT a charge, the hold is released within 3–5 business days after all items are returned in acceptable condition.
Renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Missing items are charged at full replacement value. A damage report will be provided within 24 hours of pickup.
Late returns incur daily fees ($15–$35/day depending on kit). Items not returned within 14 days are charged at full replacement value.
More than 48 hours: full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours: full rental fee. Delivery fee is non-refundable once dispatched.
Kit & Pack is not liable for damage to Renter’s personal property. Renter assumes full responsibility for safe use of all kit contents during the rental period. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

| 3. Customer Responsibilities | |

| Return all items | All equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date |
| Condition of items | Equipment must be returned clean, empty, and undamaged |
| Presence at delivery | Someone 18 or older must be present to accept delivery |
| Prohibited use | Do NOT use bins for hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, or illegal items |
| Care of equipment | You are responsible for all equipment from delivery to pickup |
| 4. Payment & Charges | |
